Aminoacids - how great they really are

General about aminos ....

BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) refers to proteinogenic amino acids valine, leucine and isoleucine. They belong to the essential amino acids, so can not be formed by the body itself, and must be supplied with food. They occur in protein foods (especially meat). Therefore, vegetarians, vegans, and people who eat insufficient amounts (diets) often have a big deficit. In contrast to the other amino acids (essential or MAP's), branched-chain amino acids are metabolized less in the liver and more in other tissues.

Further applications

The medicals use amino acids against encephalopathy as a result of cirrhosis, but also in intensive care medicine. A possible application in geriatrics is already discussed. In addition, it has been used to treat muscle atrophy for over 50 years, with therapeutic efficacy being discussed. Elevated blood levels of branched-chain amino acids are associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Possible association with cancer and cardiovascular disease is under investigation

In sports, branched-chain amino acids are often used as a nutrition in strength and endurance sports. The hoped-for effects are improved muscle development with less muscle loss and later fatigue at endurance exercise.
An increased intake of branched-chain amino acids inhibits the transport of the amino acids tryptophan and tyrosine through the blood-brain barrier. From tryptophan, the neurotransmitter becomes serotonin and tyrosine forms dopamine, whereby this effect of the branched-chain amino acids affects above all on the admission of Tryptophan.

So, my husband (going regulary to the gym) and I take special products that are coordinated in three phases:

No. 1 (before the sport)
No. 2 (during training)
No. 3 (after training)

The Founders are a pharmacist and a 5-time medical doctor so I'm sure the 'base' is perfect.

To 1.) That is structured with the 'so-called' 4 C's:

-> Canosine / Creatine / Citicoin / Caffeine

These aminos couldn't be produced in the body and the Products will be metabolized to 99%.

It increases the concentration, works as an antioxidant (anti-aging) and stimulates the urge to move.

How?

Canosin buffers: It has an antioxidant effect in the muscles and lowers the PH value. It counteracts the lactate in muscle hyperacidity and acts against free radicals (cell protection!). Thus, it helps the muscles to produce more energy.

Creatine binds the phosphates in the body. This increases the muscle functions, the muscle cycle and the energy. This has a direct effect on brain performance. (especially when people take too few good proteins (old people, vegetarians, vegans)

Citicolin is responsible for the mental functions. It helps to be more focused. It also has an antioxidant effect and is used in stroke prophylaxis to reduce damage and improve healing (you only have a 4-hour window here!). So here is the largest dementia protection. But it is also used to increase cognitive abilities for students.... it is a muscle protection and thus also serves as a GREAT CHANCE OF PREVENTION FOR FALLING FOR THE OLD PEOPLE! Because the older people are losing their muscle mass and losing their balance. When they are falling, the body is no longer as regenerative as it used to be when they were young. Again, Aminos can help.

Caffeine is used in addition to support the energylevel. The content of one dose is equivalent to 2 cups of coffee, or 3 cups of tea.

Important for athletes, the beta ß-alanine factor: 3 (together with Nr2 = 3.2)

To 2.) During training, to endure and persistent training.

Fills the mineral material deposits you sweat away, increases performance (factor 1,6 ß-alanine), has the 3 BCAA's:

ISO leucine, 2500 mg
Valine, 1250 mg
Leucine, 1250 mg

Has an up to 8-fold effect on muscle growth, is sweetened with Erithryhol, which will be 100% absorbed and causes no bloating or diarrhea. No. 2 stretches out the effect of Product No. 1.

To 3.) After the training, 'Nightcap' (TAKE EARLY -> contains Taurine)

Provides for the muscle-cell repair in the muscle after exercise, contains 8 essential aminos and MAP's *

It is metabolized to 99% as protein food (so only 1% metabolic waste!).

It can help mothers, during phases of stress, while breastfeeding, vegetarians / vegans (protein loss compensation) and burnout. Here, too, we have included glutamine for the protection of the intestinal wall, as in high-performance sports, an insufficient supply of blood circulation. (The Body redirects ever blood in the legs, arms, etc.).

#

The products contain blue agave powder.
Why?
This is an IMPORTANT intestinal protection. This inulin ensures a sufficient blood flow in the intestine, so that (here now more in athletes but always important) the vessels are not undersupplied.

You see, my dear, that amino acids are not only good for athletes!

In a world where we live faster and faster, pay less attention to the quality of our food, we quickly develop deficits that become critical.

Recently, an 11-year-old child was autopsied. It had first plaque deposits of dementia in the brain ....

We are producing ourselves a demential society and it is up to each one to prevent himself, because you don't do it yourself - no one will!!!

So, please, wake up and invest in your own health...
