What to do with cycling negative thougths

With negative thoughts it is like a meadow.

If you walk over it, the grass will always straighten up, but when you've walked a thousand or even hundreds of thousands of times over it, a path will emerge.

Yes, of course that requires discipline and - if I'm honest - also taking in setbacks.

But, my dear, that's completely NORMAL!

It is important that you do not stop!

In a wonderful retreat weekend I have heard the following saying, which has encouraged me enormously. And that's exactly when it does not work as well as we would have liked:

Falling down
get up
Adjust Crown*
step forward

And that's just what you should do, with small, steady steps.
